If you have made a resolution to lose the fat and build the muscle, I can get you on track and keep you there to help you realise that goal. Losing weight can improve your health in many ways. Here are a few health related benefits of weight loss:

The purpose of exercising to tone up is to lose excess body fat and develop muscle, which in turn will tighten the skin. A balanced exercise plan involving cardio, moderate weights and core stability will develop your body to give that tight, toned look.

Muscular Strength & Endurance

In order to build muscle and gain strength your body needs to work harder than it is used to. Using a mixture of weights, body weight exercises and various other methods we will coach your body to adapt itself, resulting in a growth in lean muscle mass.

It is often the case that during their personal weight training programmes people find that they reach a plateau and are unable to make the gains they were expecting to achieve. Working with a personal trainer however, will allow you to add variety and extra stimulus to your training in order to overcome any obstacles.As an added bonus, adding muscle mass will increase your body’s metabolic rate at rest and whilst exercising. Meaning that the number of calories you burn through the day will also rise.

Dietary Analysis

Supplementary to exercise programmes and personal training I am able to offer my clients Dietary Analysis. A healthy diet can be the basis of a healthy lifestyle and when coupled with regular exercise can help you to maintain a fit and healthy body.To complete a dietary analysis you will be required to fill in diet sheets for a short period of time so that I can monitor your current eating habits. Once analysed you will receive a full report on your current diet and a plan for the future. Whether you are looking to lose weight, optimise your muscle growth or simply eat more healthily this analysis will be targeted at helping you reach your specific goals.
